SUMMARY:Eleanor Dunsdon & Gregor Black - Irish Tour
DESCRIPTION:Eleanor Dunsdon & Gregor Black are a Glasgow-based harp and percussion duo\, both recent post-graduates of the Traditional Music course at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. They blend traditional with contemporary\, drawing on experiences in jazz\, folk and classical genres to bring something fresh to the traditional music scene. In February this year they won the Danny Kyle award at Celtic Connections in Glasgow\, and appeared as FATEA’s featured artists at Southport’s Love Folk Festival. Eleanor and Gregor played at the Edinburgh International Harp Festival in April and at Purbeck Valley Folk Festival in August.
