The launch\nwill feature performances by a number of the contributors to both\nvolumes of Harp Studies\, including Helen and Sandra\, Paul Dooley\,\nCormac De Barra\, Niall Keegan\, the Cuisle Harp Ensemble directed\nby Fiana Ní Chonaill\, and a host of other performers. \nPublished by Four Courts Press\, Dublin\, this book situates harping\nactivity as a vital aspect of music making in traditions around the\nworld. DESCRIPTION:Finding a Voice presents: Amerghin – Wind on Sea\nSunday 10th March\, 1pm\nMain Guard\, Clonmel\n€8/€5\n  \nAmerghin: Wind on Sea\nAnne Marie O Farrell (harp)\nAingeala De Búrca (violin)\nTim Doyle (whistles\, pipes)\nBrian Fleming (bodhrán\, bones\, percussion) \nBetween them they have played with artists from Led Zeppelin to the Chieftains\, Elvis Costello\, In Tua Nua\, Riverdance\, and Mamady Keita\, and in concert\, chamber and baroque orchestras around the world\, on more than 150 albums\, in more than 50 countries. They have played every style of venue and festival in Ireland from music bars to concert halls and stadia\, and from fleadhs and baroque festivals to Electric Picnics.
