CÉHI, in partnership with Cairde na Cruite, is delighted to award three scholarships to Lucy Brennan from Co. Waterford, Elena Nolan from Co. Laois and Gráinne Ní Bhradáin from Co. Tyrone to attend An Chúirt Chruitireachta between June 25th and 30th this year.

As CÉHI continue to ensure that harp tuition is available and accessible on a national basis, these scholarships will provide support for Lucy, Elena and Gráinne to deepen their practice and passion for the harp under the guidance of world renowned harpers such as Gráinne Hambly, Áine Ní Dhubhghaill, Triona Marshall and many others.

CÉHI would like to thank all those who applied; the talent and commitment of our younger generation of harpers is extraordinary – keep harping!

Tá áthas ar CÉHI trí scoláireacht a bhronnadh ar Lucy Brennan as Co. Phort Láirge, Elena Nolan as Co. na Laoise and Gráinne Ní Bhradáin as Co. Thír Eoghain don Chúirt Chruitireachta i mbliana.

Agus CÉHI ag cur ceol agus teagasc na cruite chun cinn anseo, tabharfaidh na scoláireachtaí seo an deis do Lucy, Elena agus Gráinne a gcuid ceoil a neartú faoi threoir cruitirí a bhfuil clú agus cáil orthu – Gráinne Hambly, Áine Ní Dhubhghaill, Tríona Marshall agus go leor leor eile.

Ba mhaith le CÉHI ár mbuíochas a ghabháil le gach cruitire a sheol iarratas chugainn i mbliana – is cinnte go bhfuil traidisiún na cruite slán sábhailte i measc ár nglúin óg!
