Gráinne O’Hogan

Gráinne O’Hogan is Chief People Officer at Sprout & Co, a fast-growing Irish food business with more than a dozen locations across Ireland, employing over 400 people and serving delicious, fresh food to thousands of customers every day. She has built her career at the intersection of team building, development and community, with previous roles at Social Entrepreneurs Ireland, University College Dublin, and the London Symphony Orchestra.

She holds an MA French and English Literature from the University of Edinburgh, an MA Cultural Policy and Arts Management (UCD) and a PG Cert in Philanthropic Studies (University of Kent). She has published research on employment pathways in Ireland’s national cultural institutions.

Gráinne began the harp at a young age with Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann, and later studied with Ann Jones. She enjoys choral and ensemble singing, currently as a member of Ascolta and formely with New Dublin Voices and the Choral Scholars of University College Dublin.

Gráinne was appointed to the board of CÉHI on 1/8/2020.
