Tríona Ní Dhuibhir, Chief Executive Officer
Tríona Ní Dhuibhir has worked professionally in the performing arts for decades. Her leadership skills have been honed in her roles as General Manager of Dublin Theatre Festival, General Manager of Barabbas Theatre Company and Production Coordinator/Director of Daghdha Dance Company. She has extensive experience of facilitating and advising arts agencies and arts organisations on their strategic planning and governance processes and on financial management systems. Tríona’s passion for the arts has fuelled many voluntary leadership roles, all underpinned by her own lived experience as an artist. Is Gaeilgeoir ó dhúchas í – Tríona is a native Irish speaker from Mayo and a proud graduate of the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance at the University of Limerick.
Affraic Brophy, Programme Coordinator
Affraic Brophy is a fiddle player from Donegal, with a background in community building and event coordination. Affraic has worked across events and operations in a number of roles, including as an Events Associate and Community Associate at Dogpatch Labs, Ireland’s leading start-up hub. She holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Trinity College Dublin, where she served as Secretary, Entertainment Officer, and Public Relations Officer of Trinity’s Traditional Irish Music Society, helping to lead the society through a period of growth and bilingual outreach. A fluent Irish speaker, she has a deep interest in Irish traditional music and culture, and is committed to supporting and promoting the harp as a living tradition within this heritage.
Siobhán Brady, Social Media Manager
Siobhán Brady earned a first-class honours degree in Music from MTU Cork School of Music, alongside professional diplomas in Digital Marketing and Event Management. She has managed marketing campaigns and social media channels for organisations spanning the arts, healthcare, technology, and charity sectors, focusing on the creation of engaging content that connects communities and drives impact. Siobhán has held roles including Marketing Manager for the Irish Chamber Orchestra and Design and Marketing Specialist for Cork International Choral Festival. She performed and led The Highest Harp Concert, achieving two Guinness World Records and raising over €90,000 for Cystic Fibrosis Ireland (CFI). She has the privilege of developing this project into a documentary.
